Refunds and Return Policy

You may request the refund of a physical order or ticket reservation up to 24 hours after your order was made. A refund is also possible if you are not satisfied with the delivery of the product, or you received an incorrect item, and you have sent the item back to us. We are only able to accept refund requests for downloaded products if the content you received is incorrect or incomplete and we were unable to re-supply you with the correct downloads.
